This kinda peace hits different

As an introvert married into a family of social damn butterflies, the holidays can be exhausting af for me. Add in the fact that I recently had a whole baby, and ya girl needs a new word for tired lol.

But today, I slowly eased out of bed and was actually excited to sit behind the computer to deliver a gift that quite literally keeps on giving...peace of mind.

I'm wrapping up a Systems Glow Up this week for a client that has a well sought after offer. Leads are steady, their transformation is legit breathtaking (they're a luxury travel design co.), and they have big plans for 2025.

But with mo' money comes mo' problems, right? This client came to me with 4 simple goals:

๐ŸŒดHave a clear databases and process for daily assignments and service requests

๐ŸŒดHire several new team members

๐ŸŒดHave the best client experience from inquiry to booking to payments to travel

๐ŸŒดHave an amazing training system and SOPโ€™s

My response? Say less!

We hopped on a 2-hour planning session to create 18 custom deliverables that would help this biz owner achieve these 4 goals and then some.

For the last 3 weeks, I've been working to not just make sure these goals are met, but to give this CEO peace of mind that after 7+ years in biz they will have systems that serve them, not just their clients.

Because y'all nosey, here's just a glimpse into the work I'll be delivering this week:

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ Custom Airtable base created for managing + automatically qualifying all lead applications, notifying the team when to take action in creating proposals, and managing booked client requests + information

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ An overhaul of all Dubsado client facing forms to match their luxury branding

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ ClickUp setup in a way that the team will actually use it to manage internal + client tasks

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ Internal notification system setup so the team doesn't have to be glued to their emails

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ SOPs documented so there is no guess work on what's supposed to happen, when and where

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ Simplifying tf out of Dubsado workflows

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ More automations, more integrations with LESS work for this busy CEO

Your peace of mind is right around the corner too, Reader.

You don't have to wait months to see results. You don't have to keep pushing off your goals because you're so busy serving your clients. And you certainly don't have to keep doing all this shit on your own.

I'm working to bottle up this post-holiday peace and share it with as many biz owners as I can - starting with you ๐Ÿ˜‰.

I have (1) January and (1) February Systems Glow Up project available. After you apply you'll receive a link to a proposal with all of your project + payment dates to make it official. We'll have our planning call to share your highest priority painpoints and ops issues, and I'll get to work, doing the work.

Until next time! Happy Automating & Happy New Year!

I'm Ashley, CEO & Founder of Solution Integrators - I help female entrepreneurs scale beyond six figures through the power of client journey improvements, systems automation, and project management support. In a nutshell, I make sure you're secret sauce is showcased throughout every phase of your client journey. The key to really creating an experience that brings in referrals is making sure your clients feel seen, heard, and supported within every checkpoint. I like to encourage people to think through their best and worst experiences with another service provider - what made that experience so great and what could you have done without. Don't overlook the small things - include a custom video in your proposal to make sure the potential client knows that you listened and understood their key painpoints. Don't take their money and run lol after onboarding make sure they know exactly what they can expect to happen next, and when. And once a project is wrapped up, incentivize them for coming back or sending folks back to you
