Hey Reader,
Everybody says you need systems but nobody tells you how to make that sh*t work for how you ACTUALLY do life.
What if you’re in a season where you want to roll out the red carpet for every client?
→ Custom gifts. Personalized onboarding. High-touch everything.
Or maybe the kids are home, crawling all over you, and you just need to deliver your offer in a way that feels as low-effort and low-energy as possible, yet still be able to provide a consistent client experience.
→ Something that doesn’t fall apart if you step away for a day or even a few hours.
Or maybe you want one an offer that's BOTH high-touch AND low-effort - the two can coexist!
🗣️ Your systems should change as you change.
Templates and courses can keep things afloat for awhile, you can create the placeholders and try and DIY it yourself, but what you need is a structure that actually adapts - without you having to reinvent it every time your energy shifts.
That’s what we build in my one-week Systems Sprint. The process got a facelift over the weekend 💅🏾 Here’s how it works:
👉🏾 We Kickoff via your project hub within 24-48 hours of you booking
- You'll get access to your hub so we can start putting a plan together. You share what’s working, what’s not, and where you’re stuck.
- I audit, plan and write out a custom fix-it plan.
👉🏾 You review + pick your Sprint Implementation Week
- Once you're good with the plan, you'll get to see all available sprint weeks, take your pick and I get to work. (This will also determine your final payment date(s).)
- I get inside your tools, build the workflows, design the forms, write the emails, make all your tech talk to each other, all within one week
👉🏾 One week of post-build support
- Ask questions. Request tweaks. Start using your system with confidence.
We'll build custom strategy you can actually sustain, no matter how you want to show up!
Questions on if we can fix your issues during a sprint? Reply to this email and I'll let you know!
