I built something fun inside Airtable Interfaces

Hey Reader!

I just published a new YouTube video and I'm kind of obsessed with this build.

It's a client portal I created inside Airtable Interfaces for a membership program - and it solves that whole "where do I find ___?" problem your members keep asking you about.

One login. Everything they need. Nothing they don't.

In the video I walk you through how I set up:

  • A dashboard overview with quick-access bookmarks to the stuff that actually matters
  • A "first 90 days" section so new members know exactly what to do next
  • A metrics view where members can track their own progress (this one's my favorite)
  • Call tracking so they can see what's booked, what's available, and book directly

The part I really love? On calls, you and your client can pull up the same view together. Same data, same screen, no "let me share real quick."

Go watch ittttt!

If you're thinking "how could this work for my offer" - reply to this email and let's talk about it!

Until next time! Happy Automating!

In a nutshell, I make sure you're secret sauce is showcased throughout every phase of your client journey. The key to really creating an experience that brings in referrals is making sure your clients feel seen, heard, and supported within every checkpoint. I like to encourage people to think through their best and worst experiences with another service provider - what made that experience so great and what could you have done without. Don't overlook the small things - include a custom video in your proposal to make sure the potential client knows that you listened and understood their key painpoints. Don't take their money and run lol after onboarding make sure they know exactly what they can expect to happen next, and when. And once a project is wrapped up, incentivize them for coming back or sending folks back to you
