Spooky Season but it's just ThriveCart going down again

Hey hey Reader!

It’s spooky season and a few of my real life fears are reemerging:

👻 Clowns (Obviously, no explanation needed here lol

👻 That music in a horror movie right before the thing happens. It's like my sign to just cover my eyes lol

👻 And me, about to launch an offer, having someone pay for it then not being able to get in.

That third one happened to me this past summer.

Someone bought one of my high-ticket digital products, blocked off the weekend to dive into the course content and get things setup.

Instead they spent that Saturday finding out the platform I use to host my digital products was down, so she sent me an email...before the actual LMS/course platform I use did.

🫠 not a good look, right?

I completely get that platforms go down and shit happens. But what bothered me most was realizing how little control I had over something that directly shapes my client’s buying experience and ability to actually receive the transformation I claim the product gives.

Course hosting and running a membership or community can be something like a haunted house. You walk out of one scary ass room and straight into another one.

🚪 You leave the platform that went down for the one with better features.

🚪 That one doubles your bill the second your program grows.

🚪 So you leave for the one with the community built in, and they kill a feature your clients used every week.

🚪 So you’re back at 11pm asking Claude and Threads which tool to switch to, convinced the next one is gonna be the one.

Shit gets spookier each time.

I didn’t want to be dependent on an unreliable tool anymore. I didn’t want to spend the energy hopping to another tool, that I still didn’t own, that would also let me down one day too.

And that spooky shit gave birth to Big Bank Systems™ - a collection of tools designed to help you run and sell your digitial products, group offers, memberships, communities, affiliate programs and even your 1:1 client portals.

Next week I’m going LIVE on YouTube to walk you through them all ahead of my holiday sale. I'm showing you clients who have customized their Big Bank Systems™ and how easy it is for you to do the same.

In a nutshell, I make sure you're secret sauce is showcased throughout every phase of your client journey. The key to really creating an experience that brings in referrals is making sure your clients feel seen, heard, and supported within every checkpoint. I like to encourage people to think through their best and worst experiences with another service provider - what made that experience so great and what could you have done without. Don't overlook the small things - include a custom video in your proposal to make sure the potential client knows that you listened and understood their key painpoints. Don't take their money and run lol after onboarding make sure they know exactly what they can expect to happen next, and when. And once a project is wrapped up, incentivize them for coming back or sending folks back to you
