How you can use my template to host your course, program and/or membership

Course Hosting / LMS Template Preview

Get your template customized and installed FOR you!

Hey hey Reader!

Yesterday, we broke up with ThriveCart, Circle, Kajabi, Notion Portals, Teachery, and even those Slack Channels...and replaced them with Big Bank Systems.

You can now access your own LMS or course hosting platform, your own client portal, or both — your system, your data, the features you want and will actually use with no monthly cost.

What does this cost?

The Client Portal template is $750. The LMS and Course Hosting template is $1,500. You pay once and that's it. No monthly fee, no per seat pricing, no getting penalized for adding new users because your business grew.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. I'm giving you everything you need inside of a packaged repository (code, claude implementation skills and your own custom implementation plan) to install this template in no more than an hour.

How can I use the lms/course hosting template?

If you sell digital products, courses or even have a group program, membership, or run challenges - you can use this template. You can create modules + lessons, a community, affiliate links and more.

How is the tool hosted?

I recommend Cloudflare for hosting and Supabase for the database - both of which are FREE - but if you have similar tools already, you can use those too.

Is this basically an AI website builder?

No. This isn't a lovable template that you'd have to burn through a bunch of credits for. This deploys on an actual hosting platform. It's yours to run, not a project you're renting access to inside someone else's platform.

What if I want it to look different, like square instead of rounded, or a different nav style?

On your implementation questionnaire, you get to see and choose layout styles for both templates

What if you add more features to the template later?

You get access to those too. Buying now doesn't lock you out of anything I build in after.

What happens if I need help after I buy it?

You get a one to one call with me within 30 days of purchase. I hop in live and answer whatever else comes up. But if you buy the template before 11:59pm 9/7, I'll customize and install it FOR you!

Can I integrate Google Analytics or another tracking tool?

Yes. GA has a native integration with the app but I've also added a place to drop custom code/script to the header of the app.

What does this NOT replace?

This isn't a checkout tool. You're still using Stripe or Dubsado, whatever you already collect payment through. It's not a CRM either. Dubsado and HoneyBook keep doing what they do. This is what happens after somebody pays you, the actual experience they get inside what they bought.

A few features I didn't get to show you live

  • My support tickets are logged in ClickUp, and I can reply from the ClickUp task itself. It sends my response straight back to the client inside the portal.
  • Every login, every finished lesson, every submitted form gets tracked, and I can send that activity anywhere through a webhook so I know exactly who's engaged and who needs a nudge.
  • Your affiliates and partners get their own portal. They connect Stripe, grab their links, and see what's selling.
  • Users can login with a magic link or password.
  • Add your team and admins at no extra cost. Ever.

Missed the live and want to see inside the templates, first?

In a nutshell, I make sure you're secret sauce is showcased throughout every phase of your client journey. The key to really creating an experience that brings in referrals is making sure your clients feel seen, heard, and supported within every checkpoint. I like to encourage people to think through their best and worst experiences with another service provider - what made that experience so great and what could you have done without. Don't overlook the small things - include a custom video in your proposal to make sure the potential client knows that you listened and understood their key painpoints. Don't take their money and run lol after onboarding make sure they know exactly what they can expect to happen next, and when. And once a project is wrapped up, incentivize them for coming back or sending folks back to you
